Attractively clear, dense garnet-red colour with purplish reflections.
A wine of outstanding quality, particularly intense and complex on the nose. Broad range of aromas, ranging from red and black fruit jam and spices, with an initial hint of vanilla and black pepper, through to toasted notes on the finish.
Polished, well-balanced tannins on the palate, contributing to a firm structure and a full, caressing mouthfeel. Stylish, full-bodied yet fresh wine destined to continue expressing its qualities for years to come. A pleasant surprise designed to last and develop.

Our greatest ambition was to produce a wine with a personality able to reflect the unique characteristics of the local area and the indigenous vines; a wine with a longevity and structure able to express the splendid wine-growing soil of its home in the Val d’Illasi.
